Hello Esther, the hotel design alone measures 24m by 41m. For the hotel design alone with parking, you should go with 36m by 60m
However, if you want the other facilities like the security house/generator house, swimming pool, outdoor bar and large parking space included, you would need to go with the original land size which is 36m by 80m. Regards
